Provencal Fish Soup

Slightly different, Bouillabaisse, soup is spiced with fennel, coriander and orange zest. Fish is accompanied with shellfish and fresh tomato.    

Chopped Salad with Grapes and Mint

Salad is seasoned with red vine vinegar, lime juice, olive oil and fete cheese 

Beef Stew with Wild Mushrooms and Orange

Large pieces of grass fed beef are marinate in red vine and vegetables simmered over low heat until soft and juicy . Served over pearl barley risotto. 

Strawberry with Buttermilk  Ice and  Balsamic Vinegar

Creamy and tangy buttermilk granita is spooned over sweetened strawberry
